- Received Certificate with the College of Family Physicians (C.C.F.P.) 1994.
- Practicing family physician with obstetrics 1994 until present.
- Palliative Care/Hospice Care of 10-25 house call patients 1994 until present.
- Privileges at St. Joseph’s Health Centre and London Health Sciences Centre
- Duty Doctor London Psychiatric Hospital 1994 to 1998.
- Family Medicine consult team member for the Psychiatry ward at St. Joseph’s Health Care Center 1996 to 1998.
- Participated in teaching of third year medical students 1997 to 2007 whereby a third year medical student was teamed with my practice for a one-month period.
- Provided second call for the family medicine residents with the St. Joseph’s Family Medical Centre 1997 to 2003.
- House physician at Salvation Army Bethesda Centre providing a weekly clinic for pregnant teenagers and their infants 1997 to 2003.
- Adjunct professor University of Western Ontario 1997 until present.
- Provide second call for the family medicine residents with the Byron Family Medical Centre (January 1, 2003 until September 2006).
- Member of The Family Medicine obstetrics-teaching clinic at the Women’s Health Clinic at LHSC (January 1, 2003 until present).
- Selective/elective one-month teaching mentor for family medicine residents. (1997 to 2007).
- First call for Radiation Oncology with The London Regional Cancer Centre and managed inpatients on the cancer ward and outside calls during weekends and weeknights. (December 2003 to March 2004)
- First call for Hematology Oncology with The London Regional Cancer Centre and managed inpatients on the cancer ward and outside calls during weekends and weeknights. (May 2003 to July 2005)
- Fulfilled the requirements for Fellowship in Family Medicine and recognized as a Fellow of The College of Family Physicians of Canada with the designation F.C.F.P. December 10, 2005
- First call for Medical Oncology with The London Regional Cancer Centre and manage inpatients on the cancer ward and outside calls during weekends and weeknights. (May 2003 to April 1, 2008)
- Part time acute care oncology physician managing medical oncology inpatients during the weekdays. (August 2005 to September 2007)
- Post Graduate Family Medicine Obstetrics Advisor. (April 2006 to July 2007)
- Pregnancy and newborn clinic for pregnant patients who do not have a family doctor. (January 2005 until present)
- Joined the Palliative Care Team at London Health Sciences Centre providing weekend coverage for the 14 bed palliative care ward. Part time daytime coverage of the ward and palliative care consultation service. (April 2010)
